Set primarily in the eponymous region of the Shadowlands, the story is dealing with the return of Sylvanas Windrunner breaking the barrier between mortal world of Azeroth and the Shadowlands - the realm of death. In an upcoming Shadowlands Alpha build, Blood Elves and Void Elves will be receiving some new customization options! Void elves will now have access to several shades of eyes to choose from, including some blue options. In Shadowlands, Void Elves will now have the option to adopt non-voidy skin tones.
These new Shadowlands appearances are available both on character creation, and while visiting a barber. Ask a guard to point you in the right direction! Sit down in a chair, and you have full access to changing every part of your character. To update your character's appearance, simply visit a Barbershop in any capital city.
